Some sketches on paper with ink

As many of you know reebok put the ventilators up on RBK custom. I really want to buy a pair. Maybe next payday, anyhow here’s one of the pairs i want to drop serious cash on.

Giftcards are off my plate for a minute while they get quoted. Now all i need to do is 2 ads, log 30 hours of skate footage and put together a 3 minute “high energy” recap edit of the couch tour, redesign a shopping bag, and design a holiday t-shirt before yesterday.

posters were bought, ice cream was eaten, good times were had, lots of money got spent.

wow.

i’m pretty happy with these, but it’s obvious i need to pay more attention to my horizon lines and composition. but they were fun none the less.

me and the zumiez marketing team took a week in malibu for intense brainstorming and having meeting after meeting about what we want to do as a department and new directions we should take everything. these are a few photos in between long long looooong talks about this that and the other thing.

I need to put the computer to rest for awhile. I didn’t think I’d ever say it but it’s just toooo much right now. Working until 7 every night and then working on freelance immediately after getting home is getting super exhausting. Especially since the freelance work is either not paying or MAYBE paying.

Oh well. I guess i just need to take a break and take more walks and leave the laptop at home and draw some pictures and skate and just do other things.

Listening to Feist, drinking coffee and drawing with a pencil makes me love my job.
